News: Adobe Releases Camera Raw Version 3.6

Adobe has released the final shipping version of Camera Raw 3.6 along with DNG Convertor 3.6. The update is available from the Camera Raw Product page. Click HERE for the Windows download page and HERE for the Macintosh download page.
Support for the following cameras has been added in this update.
  • Canon EOS 400D / Rebel Xti
  • Fuji FinePix S6000fd
  • Fuji FinePix S9100/9600
  • Leica D-LUX3
  • Leica Digilux 3
  • Leica V-LUX 1
  • Nikon D80
  • Olympus E400
  • Olympus SP-510 UZ
  • Panasonic DMC-LX2
  • Pentax K100D
  • Pentax K110D
  • Samsung GX 1L

Adobe® Photoshop® Camera Raw 3.6 Read Me
Installation
This new version of the Camera Raw plug-in replaces the original Camera Raw plug-in that was installed
with Photoshop CS2, Photoshop Elements 3.0, Photoshop Elements 4.0, Photoshop Elements 5.0 and
Premiere Elements 3.0.
The Camera Raw 3.6 plug-in is not compatible with versions of Photoshop earlier than Photoshop CS2 or
versions of Photoshop Elements earlier than Photoshop Elements 3.0.
Photoshop CS2 and Adobe Creative Suite 2:
Windows®:

1. Exit Photoshop CS2 and Adobe Bridge.
2. Open My Computer.
3. Double-click Local Disk (C.
4. Navigate to Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Plug-Ins\CS2\File Formats.
5. Move the existing Camera Raw.8bi plug-in to another location (for example, a new folder on your
desktop). Ensure you keep this version in case you need to revert back.
6. Copy the Camera Raw plug-in, Camera Raw.8bi, from the download into the same folder as Step
4.
7. Launch Photoshop CS2 or Adobe Bridge.
Mac:
1. Exit Photoshop CS2 and Adobe Bridge.
2. Open the Finder.
3. Navigate to the root of the local disk (not the user’s home folder).
4. Navigate to Library/Application Support/Adobe/Plug-Ins/CS2/File Formats.
5. Move the existing plug-in to another location (for example, a new folder on your desktop). Ensure
you keep this version in case you need to revert back.
6. Copy the Camera Raw plug-in, Camera Raw, from the download into the same folder as in Step
4.
7. Launch Photoshop CS2 or Adobe Bridge.
