Misty Bridge

The other morning Skittles and I went walking in a rather thick fog. Got some interesting shots, including a stitched photo of a bridge spanning the Poudre as it cut through a golf course.

I tried to upload the picture, but ProPhoto said it was too large. When I sized it down to fit, felt like I lost a lot of detail. Flickr isn't much better, but it's larger than the version I could upload here.

The image was stitched together in Photoshop's Photomerge from 6 hand-held shots.

Photoshop performed a wonderful job stitching your images together – your hands must of been quite steady that morning!

I like the feeling of the image quiet even sleepy. Nice soft colors the light was well handled. Nice depth of field and point of view. I don’t see any distractions. I think it is a solid shot. Too bad I can’t see the image a little larger...

Oh well technology giveth and taketh away...

What you might consider doing is uploading a 800 pixel overall image, then some selected cuts to show the details. It wouldn't be the same as full size, but maybe we could get a feel for it that way.

It's a very nice image.
