This was an indoor YMCA pool. I used Profoto D4 pack with a Elinchrom 7' Octalight for the key and a Profoto 600R in the rear. To supplement more fill, I bounced with Profoto 7B in the background off a 20' white ceiling with a high efficiency reflector.
Great caution was to use a portable GFCI breaker on the power cord for the D4 and keep the Profoto generator elevated off the deck with my Foldit cart that has rubber pneumatic tires. Also the wires were kept from touching the deck. Ample towels loosely covered the pack from any droplets or splash from the swimmers.
I've received shock from my former Speedotrons shooting on a concrete surface, so I didn't want to take any chances harming any of the people in the pool which was open to everyone at the time.
I was submerged with a diving belt and Ewa Marine bag with my 1D Mark III and a 24 to 105mm gaffer taped at wide. My F/stop was around f/11.
This was for YMCA wall display that was just installed today. I did the layout design for the display and chose not to use this photo to keep it more conservative and besides, it would have taken too many glass panels away from my other images I needed in the mural.
