And I have just purchased one, together with the 24-70mm F2.8 Zeiss and 100mm F2.8 Sony macro.

Lloyd Chambers has a fairly detailed, quite positive review of the A900 up in his subscription content area (DAP); moreover, he just added a very nice resolution comparison between the A900 and the 1DsMk3. Recommended reading if you’re at all considering picking up an A900.
