Anyone using Fuji S5?

I have been using one for about three weeks and have another body coming. I love the camera, faster than my S3's and feels like a real camera. Anyone using the film simulations and if so what works for you. I have not had anytime to experiment and would like some dialogue on tips for getting the best images.
Thanks.

Re: Anyone using Fuji S5?

I took the plunge and bought one over the weekend.
I've got a Nikon D2X as my main camera and I have to say that after using the Fuji S5 Pro it's no where near as good in low light RE: noise levels etc.
I put it through it's paces this evening on an assignment it really excelled itself. I was shooting everything under available light and using around 1600 ISO upwards.

I was really impressed with the colour balance and skin tones that it gave me. I hardly needed to touch my images afterwards apart from a few minor tweaks. The images just looked so natural and have a quality that I really like and have never really seen before...can't put my finger on it but it takes me back to the kind of effect you got with film.

Tell you what's going to be really handy for PR and wedding group shots is the 'Face recognition' system. It really works well. I shot a group of 8 people and then pressed the face recognition button and it zoomed into each face one after the other to check if there were any blinks!

I love it!! I reckon this camera is going to be a benchmark model and will set the standards for other competitors. What a camera for £999 - I'm well impressed!
