Are there any posts on the Fuji S5?

I used the search function and did not find anything. Am I missing something? I am a new member and shoot Fuji S3 and S5 and need some feedback on the S5. Does anyone here use Fuji?

Hey,
I'm curious too to find anyone here using the S5, but have yet to find just such a user. I haven't as of yet, bought mine, but am very interested in one. What are your early thoughts on it?

I have one S5 body and another on it's way. An amazing camera, much better quality than the S3. Even though it is a D200 body it does not shoot crappy images.

Hey,
What the focus like on it in your experience? I tried one out the other day at B&H, and it seemed a bit slow in my experience. However, not to take away from the camera, I was using a not so great lens that the salesman had been using for demo purposes, so that could've had something to do with it. Also, buffer rate? Any thoughts on that if your shooting raw.

Re: Are there any posts on the Fuji S5?

The focus is much faster than the S3. I also had the D200 for about a week and it appears to focus the same as that camera. All of my lenses are top of the line Nikon lenses with 17-55 2.8 DX as my primary lens. I am able to shoot raw images at 2 frames a second, which is fast enough for me. I have not had any problems with it's speed. The dynamic range is amazing there is so much detail in the shadows. Also when shooting at 1600 or 3200 iso the noise is very low.
