I found the 10 meter cord too heavy for the port on my 14N. I even had the cable clamp which Kodak makes, but you can make with a heavy tripod screw and a large washer to fit the screw.

So, I went with two 15 foot cables and two repeaters made by orange micro. Works great.

After several years as a loyal Kodak user, I feel Kodak has left me. We are switching to Nikon as we have all the glass. Got a D2X a couple of weeks ago and am using a borrowed D200 and find the JPEGS amazing. Only thing we are doing differently is when we shoot on hi key we shoot with auto white balance. When we shot JPEGS on hi key in flash mode the white background was yellowed out. On Auto, we get very clean whites and perfect skin tones.
