Parts for DCS 620

I need the locking door latch for a DCS 620. It looks bad having to keep the door closed with gaffers tape, but the part doesn't seem to be available. Any ideas on who has the part? I am told it is the same latch assembly as on the 760, but Kodak doesn't have the parts.
Any help would be appreciated.

You can order the latch assembly through Kodak's Parts Services. In the US you can call them at 1.800.431.7278.

The part is 4E3734 PCMCIA BATTERY DOOR LATCH KIT

Not exactly. Just got off the phone. That part(4E3734), at a price of $76.00 is no longer available. The new referenced parts are, as follows: 4E1137 @ 176.24 (that's plus $100) or part number 1E5108 @ 276.00 (that's plus $200)

I have been able to use a rubber band ($0.05 @ Office Depot) to keep the door closed. The sad thing is that when people ask why I have a rubberband, (or what digital camera I would recommend from them,) I'll point out the rather high (and higher) price tag for the latch assemby. I am sure the group in Kodak marketing will be very happy as people probably steer away from Kodak products. And to think how much is spent on marketing.

No hard feelings, really.
