| Photography and Lego I've recently begun to rediscover a childhood love of mine as a result of playing with Lego with my 5-year-old son. Furthermore I have had the idea to photograph a number of the different creations we've worked on and create a book for him using these photographs. Depending on how the ideas flow, I've also had the idea that perhaps there could be a small market for these types of books as well.
My question is whether or not I need to phone Lego and get permission to possibly sell these books I would create? Is what I'm considering any sort of copyright/trademark infringement?
I've seen some amazing things that others have created with Lego in Museums etc. and so that makes me think my idea isn't so different. But I'd rather be sure of what the legalities involved are.
Or am I just being paranoid?
