Actually, someone mentioned that to me in passing... I went up there to scout out a few things and it does have numerous possibilities.

We were at the Palace of Fine Arts a couple of months ago and it was in bad shape - grass/shrubs over grown, pond/lake stagnant. The city is renovating the structures but looks to be a long term project.
