A Canadian buying from the USA
I'm wondering with the exchange rate being the way it is right now if I should consider purchasing new camera equipment from an American vendor. I've heard of the big ones like B&H and Adorama, but wonder what other ones are recommended.

Are there any issues with getting camera equipment shipped to Canada from the USA? Import duties etc.?

What about camera equipment if I need to get something repaired? BTW I would be going the Canon route...

This is a great site to visit. Lots of info on comparisions for shipping to Canada. You'll find Cdn retailers are very competitive if you give them a chance.
