For what it's worth, add me to the list of people that likes the Invisibleshield.
I find that it is very protective (enough so as to protect high-RPM helicopter blades moving through the air at 3-digit speeds). In my case it doesn't accumulate fingerprints (like plastic or glass) and it is cheap enough that one can just try it to see if it is what you want. If you don't like it, it peels right off.
It's exactly what I was looking for. (By the way, I don't have any connection to the company that makes it. I'm just a user.)
