D1H shipping in US

Got word that the D1H is finally shipping in the US. I expect to get a partial shipment by Friday. Problem now is that flash cards appear to be in temporary short supply.

Where are CF Cards in short supply??

I just called Roberts Imaging & they have plenty of Lexar cards!!

I just received a call from Mike at Penn Camera and he said that he received the D1H's today and mine will ship by tomorrow. I have to say that I have been very impressed by his service. We are a dealer and we received our first shipment of 12 D1h cameras today, and received confirmation of an additional 8 cameras that shipped today.

Hello All,
I've been learning and lurking while waiting for my D1H to be built. Finally received it today thanks to the efforts of Susan at PSI after Nikon bumped me way down the allocation list for some unknown reason. I have been a NPS member for most of the more than 20-years I have been a legitimate photojournalist. Now have no excuse not to participate once I get my batteries conditioned.
