My D200 is on the bench at Nikon repair right now with a similar problem. Only difference I can see is that the body has this problem regardless of which lens is on board. I would have to turn the camera off or wait several minutes to correct the power outage, but it would just power down again after a shot or two. I hope to get the body back very soon. In spite of this problem I love that camera.
