Nikon Capture NX Batch image processing question

Just started playing with Capture NX 1.0.1. Anyone know how to batch process NEF's to TIFF's as you could in Capture?

When batch processing in NX it appears you are required to select an image settings file that will be applied to all images in the batch. This is a great tool, but what if you just want to run a batch of NEF's saving them as TIFF's while retaining all image settings within each image file?

Re: Nikon Capture NX Batch image processing question

Found the answer to this one. In NX the Batch tool is designed for applying a defined set of image changes to a group of images in one shot.

If you just want a batch file conversion only say from NEF to TIFF. First open the browser window. Select all the images to be converted then goto File, Save As to specify path, filenaming and output format. Each image will be converted using the saved settings in the NEF file to produce the TIFF.
