D2Xs AF for sports

In using the D2Xs for sports, how does it do in acquisition and tracking? Is the AF actually improved as Nikon states? How does its AF compare to that of the D2X and D2H?

Thanks.

Rick

I have the 2X & 2H and use them for sports. I find that using the back AF button, rather than the shutter release, to initiate focus has helped a great deal. I can only assume that the D2Xs will improve on that. That said, I'm hoping that the announced firmware update that is due soon will update the focus tracking ability. By using the back button however, I have had noticed that I can keep moving images focused for longer bursts.
