Help with Hasselblad 40mm CFE IF

I am considering purchasing this lens for use with an H2/P45 via a CF adapter. I would like some specific comments on the overall quality of this lens. I would also appreciate feedback from anyone who has used this combination and how it compares to the H35? Thank you.

I used this lens on a 503CW. I would rate it as a stunning performer. I wrote up a review of the 503CWD: An Hour with the Hasselblad 503CWD.

First, it offers gorgeous bokeh. Second, it seems bitingly sharp with excellent contrast. Third, manual focusing is so much better than with HC autofocus lenses. It would be my #1 choice for a wide angle.

Appreciate the comments. I would anticipate this lens would perform superbly with the 503, but what about with the H1/H2 via a CF adapter? Lloyd, one other question, was distortion much of a problem?
