Lest We Get Too Jaded

This may only be marginally relevant to a photo forum, but it brought back a lot of memories, some of them painful. It's a bit of history now, but all it takes is a glance at some of those old screenshots to be riminded of how far we've come with our personal computers. Are they perfect now? Not by any means. But in comparison to those not-so-long-ago days of system crashes, DOS commands, extension conflicts, and RAM that sold for hundreds of dollars per Mb, we are closer to something that might have been described back then as a dream world.
