IMac Firewire and DCS 520?

Anyone had any luck getting an iMac's Firewire to work with a DCS520?

I'm setting up a new iMac (OS 9.1, DCS plugin 5.9.3) and can't make this work.

Same camera, cable, and software work fine on a desktop G4.

Did you install the acquire software from the Kodak CD or did you just add the acquire module to the Photoshop Plug-Ins folder?

I used the Kodak DCS software installer, which requires a restart. We get the software from Kodak's web site, since the software on our CDs are several years old.

Open the "extensions manager" and make sure that all of the Kodak extensions are enabled also check to make sure all of the firewire and quicktime extensions are enabled. Then restart. Couldn't hurt to rebuild the desktop either. Let me know how you make out
