Power for Flash
I'm looking for an opinion on power packs to power a 550ex flash unit. either Xtremepower or Quantum is what i was thinking.

Also need an opinion on removte flash triggers for the same flash unit. I was looking at Canon's on camera remote.

These are all working with Canon EOS 10D and possibly a Mark II in the future.
