I am using PhotoParata, by www.miltonstreet.com I find it very good for my customers needs.

Re: 5 min photo

I was after input on 5 min not users or sellers of alternatives. I've tried Parata and as it stands it doesn't work for me in the same way the v4 of 5min did, and hopefully v5 will

Paul,
i have upgraded to v5, but haven't spent much time with it yet. i have found David at 5 minute to be extremely helpful if you have any issues.

Re: 5 min photo

I sent david a note telling him I had issues and he just suggested that I upgrade my hardware - so I then tested with new hardware (rather than go out and buy 12+ PC's) and I still had issues.
Sent him the results of the testing and the spec used and nothing since

V5 so far is v microsoft in it's approach - allegedely better but you need way better hardware to stand still on the performance front

Re: 5 min photo

After a phone call to Paul, it turns out that David Whitson seems to be in denial about the problems with 5 minute Photo Ver 5.1 I too contacted David and was told the same rubbish about my hardware. To say the 5.1 is a usable product when you are under preasure is just not so. I have contacted several other users and got the same reply. Untill Paul told me that he was using viewer ver 4 with loader ver 5.1 I had reverted back to ver 4 completely. David Whitson must solve this major problem quickly and not be in denial. We also need this to be a free upgrade as we have already paid for a dud.
Paul floated the Idea about a forum dedicated to 5 Minute Photo so we can help each other.
