Bingo! Don't go setting up a shoot in 30 minutes. First of all, while it CAN be done you will be running your @ss off to do it. You will also only demonstrate that all of the photographers that say a shoot takes at least 1/2 a day are milking it. It's not true but that will be the perception. Use the 30 minutes to demonstrate your skills through a slide show with your added commentary.
I really wish that I had Dave Black's talk from the PDN Show a few years ago. What an AWESOME demonstration of his skill AND what the various Nikon (Dave is a Nikon spokes person) cameras could do. He never once took out a camera or fired a single shot.
