Software to allow printing 3-4 poses as proofs?

I am looking for software that will allow me to easily print a proof sheet with 3-4 poses of each person photographed. The images would have to be associated with each person's name & them print the standard package order form on every one. For school photos. About 200 students per school, so I don't want to do this manually, Ideally the software would pick up every X images and associate them with a name & print out each person's proofs/order form.

For this kind of work I use Qimage Pro, I have been using it for years to print packages of just this type. It can be found at Qimage Professional Quality Photo Printing Software its great as it really fits into a color managed system perfectly. A bit of a learning curve but well worth the effort .

A cheaper option is Micro-Art. He posts here fairly often.
