I finally put some numbers to back my quick figures for my first post:

My total sales for 2007 were down 17%:

I did fewer events, decreasing my expenses by 24%.

My cut my labor cost by 28%

(total expense decrease with labor included was 25.5%)

I have not done my taxes yet, but overall my business income appears to have increased over 2006 by roughly 40%.

The first part of 08 is going very well, but will see after the first quarter.
