Betwin unreliable Junk !!

Well I made the mistake of buying Betwin software, what a load of unreliable junk. If I turn it off and then on again I get a message that the software is not running on the pc that it was registered to, If I load a programI get it also, if I disconect a USB I get the message. How the hell am I going to go through all of this when I am in the middle of a 400 acre field covering aequestrian event how do you reregister when you do not have an internet connection. In the European Union there is a law that says the product must be fit for the purpose it was sold for, this aint, if I do not get a refund from these people then I will go to law

You might try contacting Hammy. I know he has lots of experience with Betwin and his rig works like a charm! 'Cept when he cooks one of the processors in one of the servers!

Sorry I can't be of help but this was exactly the reason I opted for individual pc's. Yes there's more to carry around and a larger generator is needed but if one goes wrong I still have 5 working, plus the cost of used pc's is about the same as Betwin.

Well now I am more frustrated with Betwin after talking to the tech support. It seems that if the ordering of hardware changes then you have to reregister online. So if I am onsite and a mouse, keyboard , or monitor etc is detached for some reason, by me or accidently by a customer Then its rerister time again. More STUPID is To register you have to go online with a USB broardband connection, once you have reregistered , you have to disconect the broardband so you can take the PC into the 400 acre field
"WHAMO" disconnectig the USB broardband changes the ordering of the hardware. I now have the vapours and looking for a dark room
