Viewing station software

I am about to use a small viewing ststion setup, using Ethernet. I am using win XP on the server and also on the viewing stations, I know I can restrict access to the shared files on the server, but how do I stop the public getting into sensitive win XP operating files on the viewing stations. I only want then to accesss the shared files on the server

You can set up the viewing stations to run in kiosk mode in internet explorer and take the keyboard away. The users can then only get to what you want them to see. I have a local website that just displays my images from my computer that is locked away.
