Corp Event Comp Photos?

Just did a corporate party for $125/hr. Included portraits (in a temp studio setup), the usual "grip & grin" shots, and photos of an award ceremony and speeches. The event coordinator asked to have the photos uploaded to a Web site for viewing and possible purchase by the attendees (I will sell and profit from photo sales). With this kind of arrangement, is it typical to give comp photos to the event coordinator? How about to certain executives of the comnpany? Also, in events such as this, is it typical for attendees to receive a comp photo/portrait as a memento of the event (assuming, of course, that this is priced into the fee)? I think that would just be money down the drain in terms of potential lost sales.
