Kodak Event Software

I use PCEvent and PCPro. I have seen another Kodak product in use at Disney, Niagra Falls, the CN Tower in Toronto and other tourist locations that does a better (eassier) job with green screen retouching. Anyone here who knows about this? My Kodak dealer hasn't been able to help.

Re: Kodak Event Software

Tommy,

I also use PC event and am thinking of getting PC Pro. Can you tell me if you run both software programs can you use the software lock for only one of them or do you have to switch locks for each program?

Re: Kodak Event Software

Thanks for the replys fellows. Norbert, I already run PCPro with green screen but think it is easier to clean-up edges with the the other software being marketed to these hi-volume tourist places by Kodak than with the PCPro setup. EFocus in Stratford, CT is my Kodak dealer. Tom Ettore there is super to deal with, very knowledgeable as they have been instrumental in the development of the Kodak Event software working with Castle-works. Hopefully some of the Kodak reps that frequent these forums, may reply about the availability of this "other" Event software. PPayne, I cannot use both keys at the same time, but I know other shooters who do and can. Go Figure!

Tommy

So what your saying is that you do need both keys? Do you know if you can run both programs with only one key or do you have to stack them? Do you have to switch keys everytime you want to switch programs?

Re: Kodak Event Software

PPayne,
I have a key for PCPro and a different key for PCEvent. THe keys are not interchangable. I cannot stack them on top of one another to have both programs available. However, I have friends who CAN. Don't know why!
