Another bag that might be worthy of your consideration is the
Think Tank Photo Urban Disguise series. The UD 50 and 60 bags will accommodate two pro bodies with lenses detached, three lenses (including a 70-200), as well as a 15 or 17 inch laptop. These bags are in the "Domke F2 spirit" but include a shoulder strap attachment that might make them a bit easier to carry.
In use your cameras are out of the bag, which serves as a lens changer. The outside pockets will hold speedlights and they organize digital paraphernalia nicely. Well worth checking out, IMHO.
