Noise Reduction Software

Both Noise Ninja and NeatImage work well. One trick I have recently adopted is to run the noise reduction on a new layer (merging everything below). You can then use an edge mask to preserve key edge detail from the noise reduction. This technique is described in Bruce Faser's new book "Real World Image Sharpening"

I know that most people around here are committed to Photoshop.

However, for those who are not it is worth mentioning that the Advanced Sharpen function in Picture Window Pro also does noise removal.
