Tamrac Velocity 9 or alternative camera bags

I will be taking my equipment on a trip that will involve some fairly strenuous hiking. I would rather not use a backpack because of the need to remove the pack to access equipment. I will be carrying a D100 (would you believe maybe a D2X??), at least a 70-200 VR, 12-24 DX, 28-105mm, one or two teleconverters, random filters, batteries, and assorted paraphenalia. I have heard good things about the Tamrac Velocity 9 bag, and the 75AW and Toploader 75 from Lowepro look like possibilities. Does anyone have any experience, good or otherwise, with any of these? Of course all other suggestions would be much appreciated.
Thanks to all,
LJ Segil
