Need small LCD screen recommendations

My desire is to have a small (5"-7") LCD screen mounted to my monopod/tripod, on which I can view the video out signal from my DSLRs (10D and D60). It would be much more useful for reviewing images as I shoot, and for determining whether focus was good, whether there's undesirable motion blur, etc. I would also use it to generate interest in our event photos as pictures are taken. It would make showing a photo to an interested bystander that much easier.

The unit should be able to be powered by AC or DC sources, and should have a mount of some sort; I'll improvise a clamp for my application.

Any suggestions? Which brand/model? Where to buy? How much?
I've seen some 5.8" mobile video LCD screens for as low as $99. That would work, but the ones I saw were only DC (12v) power. I guess I could custom-wire a battery to it, but I'd like the longer life and versatility of a dual-power system.
