Need small bag to walk around with

I have a upcoming job in NY need to photograph the city's landmarks and such for a convention to do a major slide show. I have the 1ds 16/35/24-70 and the 70/200. Looking for something that would fit the gear but also not be HERE IS 10 THOUSAND DOLLARS WORTH OF GEAR IN THIS BAG.I have a Domke F2 and some others but looking for either a small backback or shoulder that downplays what I am carrying it's a 3 day all day and night shoot probably about 1000 frames are needed. Any suggestions would be helpfull

Try one of the Domke satchels...I use one for every day trekking around campus and town.
Besides that, look into a Mountainsmith pack...I have the day pack and I love it when I have to walk around Durham and to/from school.

Just a couple of ideas...

Re: Need small bag to walk around with

I have a few different sizes of those soft insulated cooler (picnic) bags that are sold at drugstores, hardware stores, etc. I use Domke dividers inside. The main problem is that the straps and attachment hardware are not exactly first class, but some brands are definitely better than others.

Of course, once someone sees a photographer using said camera and bag, I think a certain amount of the benefit disappears, no?

The Domke satchel may be a good idea. I might go looking around today for something like that
