Nikon D40 with the 45 mm pancake -- hmm, no zoom. Maybe you are, but it would sure be nice. Actually I kind of like the idea of no zoom. HCB didn't need no stinkin' zoom :-)

yeah I've been shooting w/ my old DRebel w/ a 50mm, real fun and compact.

I was looking for something smaller, like a GR-D type pocket situation.
