Which memory card for Powershot G7

I noticed the Powershot G7 will accept SD, SDHC and multimedia cards. Which is best if I am planning to capture video and stills?

2 gig or 4 gig?

Which brand to use?

This is probably not a camera many are using but you might try Rob's site.

He has a cf/sd card database which gives performance specs of the different cards. You won't find point and shoot cams on the list, but you could probably extrapolate performance numbers and get some idea of which cards are faster.
