Yes, I looks great to me! I ordered one from Robert's Distributors (a dealer in Indianapolis, IN)
They couldn't quote me a certain price but they are consistently as "in line" on their pricing as any other reputable dealer.

I am curious to all the enthusiasm for the G7...???

It does not shoot RAW...and the lens on the S2 is way more versatile....IMHO the G7 is only about the retro look....

I see some potential use for it at a wedding like being able to capture some video clips to give the bride with her stills. It also may come in real handy when the church will allow video and not stills of the ceremony. I could pass it off as video, and switch to still after the ceremony starts, or just capture video of the ceremony.

It also seems like it could be a real portable handy camera when you need something light wealth for those stealthy shots.

The IS and face detection are nice features I wouldn't mind having in my pro cameras along with video capture.

it just a matter to time.
