Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-H2?

My father has asked me to look into the best compact digi camera for him...he's 73 and needs it nice and simple as he's not too clued up with technology (like most people his age!)
I saw the Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-H2 and thought it looked like a good option...complete with a Carl Zeiss lens etc. Has anyone got any or seen any feedback about this camera and know if it's the best one out there at the moment? I know it's only 6m res. but I don't think he'll need to print up large 16"x12" prints from it so that's not a problem.

I've also seen the Fujifilm FinePix F3 which looks pretty good at the price also and is more compact.

Let me know if there's anything better (or which is better between the 2) that I should know about before I go ahead if possible.

Looking forward to your answers,

Joe
