Looking for forum on the business of photography

I'm staring my own business soon and am looking for good accounting software. The two that I have found to be most prominent are MYOB and Quickbooks. Anyone have any feedback? Anyone have any recommendations for forums dealing with this sort of question?

I have used QuickBooks for many years and love it. Also, if you are going to try to do your own taxes (not recommended, a CPA is worth its weight in $$), QB integrates well with TurboTax, making the process about as easy as it can be (relatively speaking).

Best--

Yahoogroups has two forums that will be of interest to you.

APA has a forum for commercial photography business topics and there is a Quickbooks user group also on Yahoogroups.

I have used MYOB for the past 12 years or so; it has everything you need built in including a useful job costing/tracking module. With this you can allocate individual time and expenses items to each particular job - a complete job card system.

In the UK there is a 30 day demo version so you can check it out.
