Bundled usage is still usage, and that's just fine. It's when one starts calling it "unlimited use for X year(s)" and only charging what one would for (say) print ad use that it gets sticky.
I believe in making it easier for clients to use you, absolutely! If you can do that by offering bundled usage, go for it! Just be careful you don't go too far on the money side when trying to "help" the client.
