Underage model for lingerie + beachwear shoot?

The scope that you want to hire the model for is still an adult scope, not underage related.

Just to add my vote to the rest, I would avoid any legal problems. There are many out there who like to cause issues for others just to be recognized, I wouldn't give them the opportunity [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]

Just my opinion:
Even if both the model's parents were on hand at the shoot and gave written and video taped permission for their "child" to do this shoot, I would still decline to do the shoot.
The current climate in the USA, by some people or departments within the US government, not to mention various groups around the country, would make it too risky.
If you explain your hesitation or refusal to do this shoot with the model they want, perhaps they will find another, or maybe you can show them some photos of alternate models that you know, that are at least 18.
Remind the client that if any age issues were to surface with the model they like, it could affect their reputation too.

When a field mouse builds a nest, it first fashions a back door, the escape route! We carry insurance, have spare cameras and note books etc, that's our "escape hatch" when things go wrong.

Here, however, there is no escape route. The girl, as she get's older is subject to new influences, religeon and opportunism. There is no insurance against that!
