Sony ARtisan, Can't quit

I'm doing my monthly Sony Arisan calibration and while it says takes 10 minutes it's taking 50 mintues. So I force quit becuase I have to use the computer, a client is here now.

So I force quit, and montitor is dark blue, cant' see it well. Even after a reboot? anyone can help?

thanks Andrew, bless you, you sure are up on this stuff!

The file does not have the curved paper symbol with ARtisan puck, but now is black rectangle with green text in upper left, I'll assume that's ok.

Sounds like you're talking about the file icon. It's not unusual for a program to use a new icon for files with an upgrade.

Are you on a Mac or PC? I was curious if on a PC if the patch worked for you. I worked with Karl a few times on his earlier versions of the PC version and it never worked for me. What will work is to totally remove any references to the Artisian from your current system. Then reinstall the software. It starts the process all over.

I would like to know however if you got his latest patch to work if on a PC.
