Anyone using a Samsung 245BW?

I have reads lots of glowing reviews but none indicate they are from photographers. This monitor will be used with Lightroom and PS CS 3 and for email and web browsing. I don't game - not ever. With 1000:1 contrast, and 1920X1200 max resolution this seems like a good deal. I don't need the USB ports, etc on the similar Dell model so I feel like I can get away with this one for $150 less or so. My beloved 22" Mitsubishi DiamondPro 2070 is biting the dust and is going to totally die any day now. I'm hopeful the Samsung will work for me - I just don't want to plunk down $450 and then find some awful thing about it.

I am also considering a little more for the Samsung 244T as I read that the 'internal specs' are much better on the T - models versus the BW - models.

I have and use the SpydePro for color management and it has been a godsend on the Mitsubishi. I don't print myself but instead send out to MPIX.

Wow, I'd like to hear about this too, I just asked for a 226BW to replace the LaCie 19 CRT that just died. It's state government money, so I have to be as frugal as possible.

These guys use the 215TW as the benchmark for color accuracy against which all other monitors measure up. But I can't find the 215TW for under $500.
