And to say I am disappointed would be an understatement. Not in the operation because I haven't been able to use it. When I opened the outside heavy cardboard box the Color Right box itself was open on both ends and disk had come apart and all the opaque disks were flopping around loosely. I put it back together again but not sure if I put them in the right order and when I did try to use it it all separated again.

So how does one find out the right order of these things to go together. I find it odd that a user forum is a products official support link. If it is a business venture then treat it like one and have an decent support link so that you can solve your problems between the customer and vendor. I know there is a contact us which has a form that can be filed out but if that is the venue then call it the support avenue.

If I just want to return this how do I go about that. Do you issue an "authorization for return".
