CompactFlash for new EOS 30D

Hello - I am about to buy a new Canon EOS 30D and I haven't seen any test results for which CompactFlash cards work the best with the 30D. Is it safe to assume that the same recommendations and test results for the 20D would apply to the 30D as well? Many thanks to anyone who can help. Jim

any reputable brand-name CF cards will work just fine. Higher write speed cards are useful if you plan on shooting a lot in burst mode and need to be able to clear the camera's buffer quickly. If you're not doing that kind of rapid fire shooting then the write speed of the card isn't important.
Good brands are SanDisk, Lexar, PNY.

Thanks - I would like to buy something that will take advantage of the camera's burst shooting capability, but it sounds like any of the high quality, high speed cards ought to do the trick. Thanks again for your advice. Jim
