I have look everywhere for a red eye fix and can't loacate it anywhere. I am sure I am over looking it. Can someone let me know where it is?

DPP has no red-eye reduction as it's geared towards professionals, who generally don't have that problem to fix.

Zoombrowser EX (or the Mac equivalent) has the red-eye fixer-upper thing-a-ma-bob.
