20D Raw file error!

Hi

Anyone know what causes this - 20D error - I shot 15 images and all the others were fine! The camera is only 5 months old and has probably shot about 5000 images.

You should fix your web page so it doesn't try to retrieve the JPEG from

file:///C:/Documents%20and%20Setting...20error-01.jpg

http://www.cpimaging.co.uk/20D%20RAW%20error-01.jpg works...

My guess is that one of the two ribbon connectors from the sensor have a dodgy connection. I've seen similar problems with a D30, and it got more common over time until it became "permanent" (at least until I took it to Canon).

Thanks David, I'll contact Canon as the camera is under 1 year old.

The jpeg is on the website server - not sure how to change the address the image shows tho.

Ahem...I've fixed the webpage so now it shows the damaged image [img]/images/graemlins/blush.gif[/img]
Canon have seen it and think it maybe a shutter problem so off it goes to get checked and fixed!
