Canon repair service in Jamesburg received my 20D and battery grip on Monday. I called on Tuesday asking if it could be repaired and returned by Friday if possible as I had need for it over the weekend. Well it was shipped yesterday and I received it this afternoon. i should second that. Sent my 24-105 to Canon Canada in Toronto for replacement (flare issue of early copies) and had it back the following week. Quick turnaround appreciated.
