I have one and wouldn't be without it. Yes it fits snugly.

I am sorta interested too. I happen to be left eye dominant (unusually for a right-hander), but my noise, fortunately, is on the flat side.

This was the first accessory I purchased after getting the camera. It made a huge difference in making the camera comfortable to use.

Cheapest investment you will make in your system.

I got one last month for my 10D. For me, pro and con. Pro. Keeps my nose off the LCD. Con. It reduces the image size in the viewfinder and I can't use it without my glasses. I can set the diopter on the cam without the attachment and see everything fine. However , when I put the eyepiece on and adjust the adapter, everything in the viewfinder becomes blurry. Anyone else experienced this? later steveb

I also have one and think it is the best investment I've made. Also the cheapest. It does make the viewfinder a bit smaller, however I find it easier to see all the info at the bottom. I don't have to strain my eye to look for it. I dont't think it reduces the size all that much though. I can still see clear enough to maunal focus.
