Canon 1DsIII write rate tethered vs card

I would like to find an online comparison of write times/rates for a Canon 1Ds Mk III, comparing writing to the card versus writing to a tethered hard drive. Anybody seen that or know where I could find it?

Failing that, has anyone made note of typical write times to either card or tethered? I'm particularly interested in large jpg write times.
