Dan. Sorry for that "defensive" comment. I was reading so fast I did not look at who posted it! I assumed it was Drew. I appreciate your comment. I shall be more careful. Can I blame this on having had only one cup of coffee? Nope. Just careless.

Drew,

I do have a question about this.

As I am not a Model, I am a Photographer and my works sells, not my face. I see people at car shows for example that dont know me from anyone else, but if they see a sample of my work, they know whom I am.

Its like in the Marketing class I was involved with, if a person names his business after him/herself, does it tell us anything about the kind of Photography they do? No it does not. The students response was, it showed a big ego and a lack of creativity..

I have no Problem with my Business name, I am very proud of my business, but I dont use my Full name on line anywhere, after an issue with Identity theft.... Even my business email does not have my last name in my Sig file. Wen my guests/clients meet me or hire me they get my Business card and my full name at that point.

This is not a free forum and is a lot more ethical and honest than like FM seems to be, so I can needing a name (first) and business name, but again its not a free forum, so that helps to limit the junk and fakes on here.

Norine, if you mean the name you want displayed on your posts, I think you can do that yourself. If you click on your Private Messages link at the top, on the left of the PM page, you can click on Edit Profile. Down low on the page is a box titled user_name, (note the underscore). If you put Norine_Piet, (with the underscore) in there, I think it will show on your posts.
